Our Classic Cusco City Tour begins at the Ingresos a Catedral which is located in the main square of Cusco. The Ingresos a Catedral is a great artistic Catedral which was built on top of the Wiracocha Inka place.
Inside the Ingresos a Catedral there is a spectacular piece of artwork that shows the culture of Cusco and the Andes. The beautiful piece of artwork is of Christ eating Cuy as the last super. Coricancha, Koricancha, Qoricancha or Qorikancha was the most important temple in the Inca Empire. It is located in Cusco, Peru, which was the capital of the empire.

Just outside the city centre of Cusco is Sacsayhuaman, the Inca Archaeological Center. This fortress was build using huge carved rocks joined with precision. These huge rocks can be as high as 9 metres, the largest architectural work the Inkas did.

Puca Pucara was Cusco’s military defensive also know as ‘the red fortress’, constructed with large walls, terraces and staircases. It was once thought this also served as a farm that served as the resting place for guards to protect Tombomachay.
