Cusco Surprise Tour is an adventure for the brave. Just to clear things up, this isn’t about fitting you on a tour last minute. This is about creating a new fun experience in Cusco, where you have no idea where you will visit. But what you will visit is 3 of the tours we have on offer. Each month we change the package, so it is never the same tours for everyone.
Once you book this package and inform us of your hotel or hostel we shall tell you the pickup times. It isn’t until your on the bus in the morning that you will find out where you are heading for the day.
We will, of course, tell you what you will need to bring and if Breakfast or Lunch is included for that day.
Some of the tours will be a full day and some maybe half a day. The Suprise Tour can be taken over 3/4 or 5 days if you feel you will need a break in between.
The 3 surprise tours will include hiking and early morning starts. If you are on a time limit for Cusco and can’t make up your mind which tours to go on, then this packages takes away that stress as we pick them for you.
Be ready for a culture surprise full of beautiful scenery.
MACHU PICCHU is not included in this surprise package
We will pick you up from your hotel/hostel in Cusco each tour day
Drop off will always be back around the Plaza de Armas
Departure time does vary depending on the tours we have selected for you. Once this tour has been booked we will send you your itinerary with what days the pickup time will be and what you will need for the day.
Cusco Surprise Tour doesn’t include entrance tickets.
If a tourist ticket is needed we will let you know, this tourist ticket has 4 choices which is explained. The minimum price for a tourist ticket is 70 soles, the full tourist ticket is 130 soles and will need to be purchased before the tour starts.
The other Entrance tickets needed will be no more than 15 soles for each ticket. If it includes Rainbow Mountian the entrance ticket would be 15 soles and if you decided to further the hike to red valley another 15 soles.
Worst case entrance tickets will cost you a maximum of 115 soles.
A surprise! it could be a morning full of historic sights in Cusco visiting Inka empires, a hike to beautiful turquoise lagoons, hikes around beautiful scenery full of magical colours or even treks up mountains as high as 5200 metres.
Each tour day will be different, and at this point, there is no saying what could be on the list, apart from a memorable day exploring somewhere in or around Cusco.
Today could be a walk around Cusco visiting local empires from Inka times or it could hike up a mountain as high as 5200 metres. Expect a fun day with a local guide full of knowledge.
Inka walls, Inka temples could be on todays agender. Who knows, perhaps it is a day in nature, full of colours. Either way there will be plenty of time for some magical photos to take away as memories.
The surprise part was fun, I had 4 days in Cusco and didn’t know what tours to take. I was a bit worried at first but decided to take this surprise tour. I spread it over 4 days and had 2 days of tours 1 day off then another day tour. I visited Humantay Lagoon, Rainbow Mountain and did the morning city tour. Everything was sent to me 8 days before the tours started so I knew what to take on which day. Great fun, thank you
The surprise tour is kinda fun, not knowing where I will be going until someone on the bus speaks. They did a good job at explaining what i was going to need and what was included without giving it away where I was going. Very fun!
It isn’t for everyone and certainly not for those that can’t adapt. The surprise was cool, I recommend not booking any other tours until this one has finished as it saves you doubling on a tour. But saying that I went to the main places I wanted to visit so I was happy
